I’ve been looking to get into the market since Friday or earlier. The way you presented things better than DAYS of watching other videos; liked, described, (tired of looking for exchanges), I guess BitShares works. Maybe this other one they’re saying is good, but you’re a damn good salesman anyhow!😃😉
William Marrocco (5 months ago)
Chronos! You ROCK!!!!! In 6 minutes and 39 seconds you showed me what I had been doing wrong and how to correct it! Thank you!!!

what diff between openledger and bitshares ? Right now it's 0.1% fee for buy orders on bitshares, while openledger has a fixed fee 0.0058 BTS.
Chronos Crypto (8 months ago)
OpenLedger is a for-profit company, and tokens with the OPEN prefix are their own issued assets. Bitshares is a decentralized blockchain.

Your Vid is great. Very informative and quick. Prolly the only positive comment I have left on a video in years.
Chronos Crypto (9 months ago)
Thanks! Glad the video was helpful to you. There’s an entire Bitshares playlist with a lot more videos. :)

bitshares has add many crypto-currencies to their platform in order to be really successful.
Recuerdo Santos (10 months ago)
may i ask how much bitshares do i need to or minimum in order to buy or sell, this is my first time on bitshare, thank you
Recuerdo Santos (10 months ago)
thank you sir
Chronos Crypto (10 months ago)
Good question! There is no minimum, to my knowledge. The transaction fees are a small flat amount, though, so you'll want at least that much. You can view the current fees at cryptofresh.com/fees.

If exchange is decentralised, how developers make money on this? they aren't charity for sure, right?
Chronos Crypto (11 months ago)
Certainly not charity. Developers can be paid by new BTS being created. Check out Bitshares Worker Proposals!

whatsup chronos so i did exactly this and got ther confirmation for my purchase of bitshares but the bitshares have still not arrived to my account and its been days.... this isnt my first time buying so im confused on where get a answer since i cant get one from open ledger or bitshares exchange... ow can i track down my bitshares
Chronos Crypto (11 months ago)
If you bought through a token with the OPEN prefix, receiving the BTS would be part of the trade. If you used an OpenLedger gateway, then it’s up to them to deliver the BTS. That should not take anywhere near “a couple of days.” All I can suggest is to work with their support. Let us know how it goes!
adem onder (11 months ago)
Hi Cronos , i have problem while i follow your instructions... at the last confirmation you talk about! I want to sell CADASTRAL/BIT USD i get the following message: Failed to broadcast the transaction: Assert Exception: core fee paid: fee pool balance of 0.02018 BTS is less than 0.10000 BTS requird to convert 0.001CADASTRAL. WHAT must i do and how must i solve this problem.
Chronos Crypto (11 months ago)
The fee pool for CADASTRAL is nearly empty. Do you own any BTS? You'll need to pay the fee out of BTS instead of using the fee pool of the UIA. Here's some more info: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=19830.0

Haejin Lee (1 year ago)
How do I send BTS from Bitshares Exchange to Poloniex? Thx
Chronos Crypto (1 year ago)
Log in to your Poloniex account to find your deposit address and memo. Then follow the instructions in my "Sending Bitshares" video at https://youtu.be/-QBR2Ae4Ddc.
Andrea Linaaa (1 year ago)

is bitUSD just another crypto coin created to look like your trading something like crypto to dollars ? or is there a liquidity of people who have actual USD so its basically backed by the dollar and its like your actually holding it? I'm confused on the back end aspect of it
Chronos Crypto (1 year ago)
BitUSD is backed by BTS, or Bitshares core tokens. It has greater than 100% collateral, to protect its value in case the value of BTS declines.
rajan rohit (1 year ago)
can you tell me the difference between token and coin ?? thanks
Chronos Crypto (1 year ago)
Good question. I think they are pretty much the same.
rajan rohit (1 year ago)

Chronos Crypto (1 year ago)
Bitshares is a cryptocurrency, similar to bitcoin, but it has many other features. For an overview, check out my video "Intro to Bitshares": https://youtu.be/eSgsbBTxNfo You can also ask for opinions and thoughts on the forums at https://bitsharestalk.org. Welcome to the community!

Do you accept BTS as a tip?
Chronos Crypto (2 years ago)
So very kind! You can always tip BTS directly to my chronos-youtube Bitshares wallet. See https://bitshares.org/wallet/#/account/chronos-youtube/overview. Thank you!

The miners are interested in finding a nonce which will create a hash with certain characteristics. Lastly, they have to find a random value that they included in the header, which makes the computed hash over that header a value below a particular target. In other words, they do not have to agree to change the protocol. Though there are a few gold diggers attempting to fill their pockets and certain projects that aren`t viable and shouldn`t be encouraged in any way. For users running a complete node, it is a fairly painless procedure to upgrade the software to the newest version. The process of locating a new block to extend the blockchain is known as mining. Proof-of-Work systems utilize cryptographic hashing algorithms to create the action of mining a block a complicated computation. Our software is totally incompatible with altcoins. Changes and modifications to how that it works need to be approved by consensus and every CPU gets a vote. To start with, it`s essential to realize that hardware wallet users control entirely their private keys. Whether you`re bullish or bearish on Bitcoin Gold, you ought not lose your coins as a result of careless mistakes! On the 1 hand, it may result in making a coin that solves all the pending issues. There`s no currency or digital asset named Bitcoin Core. Bitcoin Cash increases the range of transactions that may be processed per block. You could send any quantity of money, any place in the Earth, almost at no cost. You`ve made some great money already on the market, but you want more. For a wealthy individual, BTC`s price premium may be viewed as a plus. For someone without lots of money, BCH`s low price may look like a great deal for Bitcoin. If you have some concerns about the worth of Bitcoin after all forks, you need to be ready for a drop. The distinction is that not all of these suffer the chain split. The primary problem is Bitcoin imposes a hard limit on the magnitude of a block, the location where transaction information becomes stored. The end result is many straightforward wallets, called SPV wallets and very commonly found on your phone, will be quite confused about which chain is Bitcoin. In Bitcoin, the most important reason is known as the network effect.
