What cryptocurrencies and altcoins should you invest in 2018 before they take off!? In this video guide & review, I reveal my personal top 10 best cryptocurrencies to invest in 2018! These coins (and Altcoins) I have picked are based on my strategy and belief in the specific blockchain technology and potential behind each coin, which should one day reflect it's value, giving you a very profitable investment portfolio. All of the coins featured in the video I have my own money in, so I can give you my personal insight into why I invested money into each technology. I also reveal my personal portfolio later in the video to show you what has greatly increased in value so far, as well as give you an idea of what a diversified portfolio looks like, and where it could possibly go in the future.

There are countless cryptocurrencies (including altcoins) on the market, and there are many different factors to be taken into account before investing your own money into a coin. This video will explain the technologies behind some of my personal favorite coins, whether I believed they are undervalued or overvalued. None of these coins are guaranteed to make you rich in the future...or even give you any profit. Please invest responsibly.

Lots of crypto investors say to pick +/-5 coins since the market is typically very unified and you should just pick the coins you are most passionate about. Personally, I think this is based off the assumption that most prices are still tied to Bitcoin, which is very true! However...I don't think it will stay that way forever. Lots of these projects in my eyes have a lot of potential so I want to diversify my investment a bit more than typically recommended.
My #11-15 investments not included in the video for length purposes:
12) Request Network
15) Decision Token
Let me know what your favorite coins are! I'm curious to hear :)
Wanchain is a really cool coin! I’m not personally fully on the boat but it’s definitely a great coin to go with!
I’m making a video within the next month or so talking about how to buy altcoins 😉 Until then, I’d buy on Coinbase. Open a GDAX (connected to coinbase) and send it to Binance. Most coins are on Binance, but check what exchange each coin is on beforehand.
☀LMC☀ Under 20 millions MarketCap, 70 employees, alone in Location Based Advertising (LBA) field, free airdropped coins every day on their great app with Over-The-Counter functionality (search : Lomostar), 5% to 24% annual interest rate (Proof of Stake as Neo) ONLY ON Bittrex
I just happened to have 6 of the 10 you mentioned (BTC, ETC, LTC, XRP, XMR, and MIOTA). I also have DGB, DASH, BCN, and CVC. Each one, in my opinion, has huge potential because they each attempt to solve a problem of some kind, whether in the real world, or at least in the world of cryptocurrencies. That being said, most of my investments are down from when I bought into them (all but BTC, ETC, and XRP), even though I'm up quite a bit over all because of those three.
Everything's dropping massively right now :P
But yes...to me BTC is a dinosaur coin. The only thing it has going for it is the name and the market's reliance on BTC to buy and purchase other coins. In my eyes, either the lightning network revives BTC and it goes back to being the main coin, or it WILL die a very slow death (Hopefully without tanking the rest of the market)
I'm curious what you think about Enigma, and their "secret contracts", which are essentially privatized smart contracts. It is blockchain agnostic, and can be used as a secondary layer on top of any existing chain... such as ethereum.
Great video man. I subscribed to your channel. I was hyped on GNT but what about SNM? I’m interested in this network super computing. I think there is a real future to it. Have you seen HADRON? You mine on mobile devices to fuel AI. I’d be interested in seeing what you think about that project which is still early.
I think they all have some pretty awesome potential. It seems that cloud computer is a huge area to explore. All of these have different use cases so it's hard to tell which ones will succeed, but they are all super awesome to read about! SNM and HADRON are very interesting ideas
Lots of the coins on the list can be purchased on Binance. It has an amazing selection. For the ones that aren’t on Binance (I think 3-4 of them) just search up “XXX coin exchange” on google. Binance and Kucoin should cover almost everything though.
And over 95% of Bitcoin is owned by under 5% of people. Lots of XRP is controlled by Ripple so they can sell it to large buyers. It’s part of the way it works. Either you believe in the project or not...I personally do 👍
Yay! Happy you enjoyed it :) Editing took a long time, first video using After Effects so there was quite a learning curve. Future videos should hopefully be able to incorporate it though without taking so long to edit 😛
The miners are interested in finding a nonce which will create a hash with certain characteristics. Lastly, they have to find a random value that they included in the header, which makes the computed hash over that header a value below a particular target. In other words, they do not have to agree to change the protocol. Though there are a few gold diggers attempting to fill their pockets and certain projects that aren`t viable and shouldn`t be encouraged in any way. For users running a complete node, it is a fairly painless procedure to upgrade the software to the newest version. The process of locating a new block to extend the blockchain is known as mining. Proof-of-Work systems utilize cryptographic hashing algorithms to create the action of mining a block a complicated computation. Our software is totally incompatible with altcoins. Changes and modifications to how that it works need to be approved by consensus and every CPU gets a vote. To start with, it`s essential to realize that hardware wallet users control entirely their private keys. Whether you`re bullish or bearish on Bitcoin Gold, you ought not lose your coins as a result of careless mistakes! On the 1 hand, it may result in making a coin that solves all the pending issues. There`s no currency or digital asset named Bitcoin Core. Bitcoin Cash increases the range of transactions that may be processed per block. You could send any quantity of money, any place in the Earth, almost at no cost. You`ve made some great money already on the market, but you want more. For a wealthy individual, BTC`s price premium may be viewed as a plus. For someone without lots of money, BCH`s low price may look like a great deal for Bitcoin. If you have some concerns about the worth of Bitcoin after all forks, you need to be ready for a drop. The distinction is that not all of these suffer the chain split. The primary problem is Bitcoin imposes a hard limit on the magnitude of a block, the location where transaction information becomes stored. The end result is many straightforward wallets, called SPV wallets and very commonly found on your phone, will be quite confused about which chain is Bitcoin. In Bitcoin, the most important reason is known as the network effect.
